Refund policy

We hope you love every piece you purchase from Mariandree Gaitan. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
• All discounted items, including items purchased on sale and gift cards, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return

If you wish to make a return, please contact ateliergmg@gmail.com before shipping any items.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note:

• Items returned in less than perfect condition, or after the 30-day period, will not be accepted.
• We do not issue refunds or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage not due to our error.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at mariangaitan17@gmail.com before returning the item.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount, marked as final sale, or purchased with a gift card are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
